Does anyone know how to go about registering as "civil partners" in Bangkok. We are both foreigners ( non-Thais).

I understand that Thailand now provides a 5-year non-B visa if a foreigner invests in a condo greater than ฿10 million. I recently purchased a condo unit over ฿10M, but the condo is in both my and my partner's names. Will I still be able to apply for this visa even though the Title is in two names?
