  1. I'm a 63-year old US citizen and I earn 180K USD annually, including 1099 MISC, withdrawals from 401K/IRA (Roth withdrawal is not taxed in the US), dividends, capital gains, interests etc. All incomes are from US and I pay US taxes based on my 180K incomes after various applicable personal and business deductions. I have decided to live in Thailand most of the year from 2024. I have four mia nois in their 20s in Thailand but they are registered as my US companies independent contractors in the US. Their official job is posting at least ten canned messages per day in social media and unofficial job is to sleep with me at least once a week in their birthday suit for my carnal pleasure. They are paid a fixed salary of 40K Baht/month and a capital one business credit card in their name with a limit of 200 USD. They are directly paid from my US bank to their account in Thailand. Besides that I also bring 2K USD/month for my own expenses to Thailand. I'm bringing only 24K USD per year to Thailand. Rest are not sent to my bank account in Thailand. How much tax do I have to pay in taxes Thailand from 2024?
  2. I can get a sugar baby for one third the price of a sugar baby in the USA.
  3. Not a bad idea considering China is becoming a space force and may be there are opportunities to launch Chinese satellite and rockets from Thailand.
  4. BS advice. Alcohol is more addictive and causes more problems. The number of comments I see in this forum when alcohol sale is suspended due to religious observations tells me the alcohol addiction problems of members of this forum.
  5. Average Americans own 6-cars in their lifetime. If they were bursting into flames while parked, it would have been a major events and we would have plenty of data.
  6. I want to purchase a small city car to drive around Pattaya only. But it has not made any economic sense to me yet. I use Bolt for everything in Pattaya and my bolt expenses per month have never exceeded 6K BHT. I think I'm at the critical junction. If I consistently exceed 6K BHT/month for 6 consecutive months, I will buy a used one.
  7. Old school thoughts. Do you know you can leverage CCs to earn money? I generate 15K USD per year using my 100+ cards.
  8. What will be the status of weed legalization due to this alliance? I want weed legalization kept as it is. Otherwise, I have to buy low quality weed from the motorcycle gangs for higher prices as I was doing pre legalization.
  9. Want to see proof? I wanted to emphasize it for people not to post unsolicited advise about the evil of using credit cards. I generate 15K USD/year using credit cards only using cash back, borrowed investment and selling tradelines. That is 50% of many people's pension in Thailand.
  10. Thai banking is still in a primitive age. At least one can do everything through emails and phone calls for Indian banking system.
  11. It does not cost me anything. In fact, I get at least $1,000 a year in cash back. 10K USD for investment at 3% interest and also sometimes I sell tradelines that net me a few thousand USD in a year. If you know how to use credit cards, have 100+ credit cards and close to one million USD in available credit, you can make some good money for free.
  12. I will try to use it and see it it works or not. I have every USA bank's cards (more than 100 with close to one million USD in available credits), except CUs and local banks.
  13. For Lazada I use cash because I prefer COD for Lazada. They are forced to hand me over the package instead of leaving the package in my condo's office. I did not see any COD for AliExpress.
  14. I don't need to explain the benefits of using CC. I accumulate close to one thousand in cash back. I have more than 100+ cards with credit limits close to a million US dollars. I have bought cars in the US using credit cards for cash back. I borrow 100K from various cards as cash advance at 3% for one year and invest the 100K USD to get at least 10K returns. There are lots of benefits using CC if one has substantial number of cards and can leverage bank's money and pay them off when due.
