It will create all kinds of issues, all because of greed. More muggings, more murders, more accidents, etc. Nothing good happens when you mix alcohol and those late hours.

Is this really something that should be a focal point for the police? These should be legal. They are being used everywhere anyway. I'm not a smoker, but they are less harmful than smoking cigarettes. There are so many other things the police should be doing. There is a ton of crime hiding in plain sight. Do your job!

What's funny is they openly sell ketamine on the beach in Jomtien alongside the road. There are multiple cars and motorbikes there with people selling it. The police really need to do a better job of policing the beach in the late night and early morning hours. All these kids are high as a kite on drugs, driving their motorbikes at unsafe speeds and causing a hazard by double and triple parking on the road.

I guess it's possible the guy took a van across the border and left from another country, but it's highly doubtful. If I'm not mistaken there are exit stations at the border too and his passport would have been checked.
