The Court ruling in your link allowed the autopsy and over ruled a decision not allowing an autopsy . The Court ruling refused to allow the Child to be buried without an autopsy . Israel doesn't have Judaism laws as its Countries laws . Judaism prohibits autopsies unless the law requites an autopsy . Meaning Israeli law supersedes Judaism laws , which means autopsies are allowed in Israel
