You seem to have misunderstood what the report says and means . The supreme Court overturned a previous Court ruling forbidding an autopsy . The Court ruling in your link allowed the autopsy and over ruled a decision not allowing an autopsy . The Court ruling refused to allow the Child to be buried without an autopsy . Israel doesn't have Judaism laws as its Countries laws . Judaism prohibits autopsies unless the law requites an autopsy . Meaning Israeli law supersedes Judaism laws , which means autopsies are allowed in Israel

Hamas did not attack Israel for revenge . Hamas wants to destroy Israel and wipe Israel from the map . The war is nothing to do with revenge , its about Hamas attempts to destroy Israel
