  1. So I appreciate the multiple offers on here from people with "connections" who could help me bribe my way into Thailand and fix my profile, but it turns out there are still some honest police in Thailand after all. 💯🙏🏻💯🙏🏻💯🙏🏻 thank you honest Thai police, I will remember you for standing up for me against corruption.
  2. So in summary this is how many times it changed: 1. pulled out of line at Phuket airport because "white" guys are suspected of fake boarding passes if returning from Kuala Lumpur 2. after waiting 30 minutes, my paperwork was found to be real, so the grumpy sadistic supervisor started screaming at me to sign a confession that I didn't have enough money 3. I refused to sign and asked him what's the reason he wants to deny me, tried to show him my money but he ran away and hid in his office 4. Young (kind) intern girls wearing uni uniforms came over to try and help me, explaining that this supervisor was always grumpy and they saw him do this on a weekly basis, and that I should hurry and book a ticket back to Malaysia and next time arrived to Thailand by Laos or CM 5. Arrived back at KL airport, the airport staff from VOA office tells me they have heard such concerns from Phuket police recently, suspecting some foreigners to be landing in KL airport but never exiting the airport and returning to Phuket (I have no idea how or why anyone would do this) 6. Arrived to Nong Kai border, the police have limited computer access apparently and they couldn't understand the warning on my profile and recommend me to fly into Thailand 7. Chiang Mai police dig into my profile and discover this warning in my profile was essentially spiteful and incomplete, I assume aimed at trying to confuse future IOs who dealt with me (successful I guess) 8. After confronting this supervisor on the phone directly he changed stories yet again saying that I didn't explain my tourism plan and therefore I was denied entry
  3. Long story summary is that I landed at Chiang Mai airport and said nothing to the IO. Some of you thought this was better approach. However it's pointless because they still saw a warning on my profile in the computer, there's no way around this as I suspected, being "silent" doesn't help And so they asked me what happened and I explained the entire story several times because a dozen of IOs came over to listen as they were curious and quiet time at the airport. Some of them started laughing and couldn't believe Phuket. They wanted to get to the bottom of it so they repeatedly called Phuket airport immigration on the phone until they found the supervisor who put the warning on my profile. The reason for calling him is because they told me the warning about me (something to do with fraud or something) was improperly filled, because he had purposefully left the description empty. So it was a warning on my name without any reason given apparently Finally after discussing with him, the story changed again and he told CM that I never told him which tourist attractions I was planning to visit, so he denied my entry lmmaoooooooo 😂😂😂😂 Lying p.o.s.
  4. Positive news in my saga of dealing with the sadistic childish behavior of Phuket immigration police for the past 2 months... I entered Thailand via Chiang Mai airport successfully. I'm not posting these updates for the 90% of bitter old divorced pensioners on here that insult and trash talk everyone as they're lonely lives give them so much time to troll users on this forum everyday . But instead this update is for the 10% of people who helped me and future Google search results. So, thank you again for all advice on here
  5. Out of curiosity what do you mean the writing was on the wall for this 10 years ago
  6. All you trolls posted screenshots saying appointment was available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I said that's wrong and disinfo. You responded by proving me right and booking fake appointments on Thursday Processing time is now 3 business days, not including appointment That means Friday, Monday, Tuesday. I was sent back to Laos on last Friday. I checked appointment this weekend. Next next Tuesday/Wednesday to receive a visa (only if approved) is 2 weeks. Therefore I chose airplane ticket to Chiang Mai instead. apologies can be posted below 👇🏻
  7. post a video of you trying to click those appointments links, otherwise you are lying!!! all those links are "grey" because the appointments are full those days, nice try again for your disinfo though
  8. ^^ how to identify elderly trolls on retirement visas who only live in Thailand because they've been through 3 divorces in their home country, and jealous of younger guys so trash talk on forums all day
  9. Imagine being stupid enough to give personal identification material to dozens of elderly trolls on retirement visas and shills from Thai Immigration that hate you, and have nothing to do but trash talk strangers on the internet. no thanks!
  10. OP, ignore all the trolls who work for Thai Immigration, they try to spread disinfo on here every day like a full time job.
  11. OP, I believe you, ignore the trolls who shill for Thai Immigration to spread disinfo. That "law" was repealed already a decade ago. I had a similar experience https://aseannow.com/topic/1314130-currently-stuck-in-phuket-airport-denied-entry/
  12. OP, I think they are "cracking down" on arrivals from Kuala Lumpur airport. seems word is out that many white guys are using fake boarding passes from KL, or doing shady border hopping from Phuket to KL, so seems it's a red flag to them currently https://aseannow.com/topic/1314130-currently-stuck-in-phuket-airport-denied-entry/
  13. apparently it's an open secret among other provinces, just saying
  14. not sure why my comment was removed seems rather interesting to the general public that a local Immigration boss told me this...
  15. I'm not going to expose my identity, I've explained everything in detail already and several users understand my situation and know how this works with the CANCELLED exit stamp. I appreciate all your feedback, but I'm not going to expose my identity and it adds nothing to this discussion imo
  16. Thanks to everyone for your advice, even though I'm not able to thank each of you specifically. I checked the Thai Embassy schedule and it would require waiting here in Laos a few more weeks, at minimum to apply for the visa. And I'm thinking like you said, another land border in Laos might just reject me again because of these weird stamps now in my passport, they might even call Nong Kai who will tell them they recommended me to fly in. So I bought a ticket to Chiang Mai airport. If I get rejected again (3 times) I will no longer try to go to Thailand anymore. As I have followed all the laws and regulations and being treated like a criminal. And I'm not interested right now in paying expensive bribes to these corrupt incompetent immigration offices to "clear" my profile...
  17. End speculation on a board full of trolls? That seems unlikely and a pointless reason to expose my identity. This is how if works see @Taopoon answer. Nong Kai scratched blue lines through my entry stamp and then walked me over to the Friendship bridge bus, told me don't pay for anything just go back to Laos Immigration and the manager is waiting for you because they called them already on the phone. After arriving back to Laos the police manager stamped CANCELLED on my exit stamp and that's all. Initially I thought I was going to get a special 24 hours stamp or something to Laos to go back to the airport but nothing like that, just a cancellation of exit so I assume my 30 day VOA is still active now. I don't think Laos Immigration is fully digital yet, at least this experience seems to prove so because the manager didn't even look at a computer.
  18. Thanks very much I think you're right. Phuket singled me out for potential fake boarding passes, seems like they do this often from how aggressive they were about these accusations. But in the end, I think they just spited me from losing face. Maybe having a few too many stamp-only entries didn't help my case, but certainly non of their accusations were true (fake boarding passes or not enough money). Both the visa agency who looked at my profile in the database and Nong Kai immigration couldn't tell me what the note on my profile said exactly. Nong Kai only told me they were confused by it and didn't know what to do. They asked for the entire story and I told them, which I think put this stupid story in their mind that it was an airport problem and I must fly back in, which is not any sort of official immigration policy in Thailand. They had actually already stamped me into Thailand but then panicked after seeing this note on my profile and later decided to cancel my entry stamp and send me back on the bus to Laos, I didn't have to pay again. Laos simply cancelled my exit stamp like you said and I'm now in Laos using my previous 30 day VOA as before. Can I ask why you suggest Malaysia border? Do you think Savanaket border in Laos might be also possible? Thank you.
  19. don't you dare ask this to Phuket immigration or they will mark you as a international fugitive in the Thai Immigration database 😆
  20. Anyone who says "pics or didn't happen" "there must be more to this story" "we're you dressed like a dirty hippie" should be banned from this board, I will keep reporting all your troll responses and hopefully mods continue removing the rest of your worthless use of bandwidth
  21. I debated about this. But I stayed in touch with the other guy from Europe who had the same experience as me and he went to the Malaysia Thai border to chat with police and ask for advice and they seemed to appreciate his transparency, they can see your history in the computer anyways right. And the next day the same police stamped him into Thailand. I couldn't chat with them first since there's a bus you have to take in Laos border so I just tried to mention my story briefly and the police laughed about it abd said don't worry, but he was already reading my profile in the computer anyways. Crapshoot I guess
  22. follow up to So like an honest citizen I followed what the Phuket immigration police told me (then again, they were 20 year old intern girls talking to me because the police officers refused to answer any questions during that experience)... and I stayed out of Thailand until 2024 and tried to enter again via Laos border. I told the IO my story and he kind of grinned and said don't worry, it's a new year you can enter here no problem. Then he saw something on my profile in the Thai Immigration database that confused him so we went to chat with the boss. She was also very nice and couldn't believe my story, but she seemed unsure what to do because of this warning on my profile. She said that since Phuket's initial reason for denying me entry was because they suspected I had fake boarding passes, this was therefore an airport problem and she asked me to go back to Laos and fly into Thailand into Bangkok airport to "clear this" and said after that I would have no more problems. Of course, no information about exactly what I'm "clearing" or how to "clear" it and also no guarantee Bangkok will allow me into Thailand despite her assurances. After the Suvanabumi Airport immigration asked for 25,000 bribe in December that I politely turned down, I decided to do everything honestly and visit Laos like the Phuket intern girls instructed me (they said Chiang Mai airport is also fine). But of course this also failed and I'm out $800 in airline tickets so far trying to come back to Thailand since December.
