  1. Thanks @Sheryl and @Bacon1! I will explore these options.
  2. Thanks for the quick reply @Sheryl Do you know of any psychiatrists that might be able to help with my condition? Not necessarily with a background in neurology but just generally specialized in treating long-term nervous system damage from drug abuse.
  3. Hi everyone, I’m dealing with ongoing nervous system issues and would really appreciate advice on finding the right specialist in Bangkok. My main challenges are: Nervous system hypersensitivity (easily overstimulated by medications, environment, stress etc.) Severe chronic insomnia History of drug abuse (5 years sober) with lingering nervous system instability Because of this, I’m looking for a neurologist who has experience with: Sleep neurology OR neuropsychiatry (overlap between brain and mental health) Post-acute withdrawal syndrome A doctor open to discussing medication options and long-term management Can integrate brain chemistry, mood, and nervous system regulation I have tried discussing this with a regular psychiatrist and he didn't understand my condition properly. I think a neurologist would be much better suited to help me in this case. If anyone can recommend a neurologist in Bangkok who fits this profile, I’d be very grateful. Thanks in advance!
