  1. A guy seems to be willing to pay full cash, how to send the money to a EU bank account afterwards? Do I need to visit a bank for that?

  3. thx, will try
  4. yes I cannot post on that forum
  5. The car is sitting by a friend, not in a hurry, but I get it, they won't know it and send low ball offers.
  6. Price is 820k THB, Location is Nackon Ratchasima. The car has 6930km, always serviced by Honda, reason to sell is, I am leaving the country.
  7. See picture, it's grayed out... cannot click on it. Any admin can explain?
  8. The option when I try to create the topic is grayed out!
  9. I cannot delete it, is it possible?
  10. Why can't I post in that forum?? I posted the images in my image space for now: Now sure if they are public though, are they? https://aseannow.com/profile/373781-vulture82/?tab=node_gallery_galleryImages
  11. Is it possible to re-sell a new car back to the dealer? I am just looking how to get rid of my car fast, it's an HONDA-HRV S hybrid
  12. I am leaving today, infact I booked 1 month ago just for this mess... been a long lurker of this thread, clarity zero. Forget about buying a condo/house or even leasing land as most countries where they tax you based on residency, use exactly that as the proof your "interests" are in fact, in that country (hence they consider you resident there). Also... even if they now backpedal, the damage is done, do you trust Thai govt to never change idea about residency t&c... I think this is a country to come and be here for the smallest amount of time before they start to pluck you out of your money... This country is for tourists, not residents. Prepare for a huge reprice of land/real estates as soon as, in 2025, people will get notified to pay 2024 taxes, around March... gg and gl.
  13. Yes PONIX is approved, they also use approved microinverters/panels and all the other equipment.
  14. I want to export, yes hence I registered, but PONIX did all that for me, they just keep me informed about the process. They asked me a ton of documentation ofc.
  15. Jeez that sounds a lot of troubles. Is that really that much different from the west though?
  16. Everything is submitted, PEA just takes ages to approve. I was told 6 months, we are already almost 1 months waiting... long wait.
  17. What can I do if I don't have time to supervise and only be there in the week ends? Should I hire a supervisor?
  18. I see, could you make some specific examples of what had to be made twice?
  19. I plan to rent a place no farther than 10m from building site and to visit every single day. Tbh this is no different than my home country in the West. If you don't follow, ofc they'll diverge. Ok so it looks like getting into fbook builders and look at what they did/are doing is the best way to assess their proficiency.
  20. I have seen double glasses, perhaps triple is a bit too much, know any quality builders? Somebody suggested me to go to SCG directly.
  21. Hi, What's the best builder in Thailand? I mean in terms of proper insulation, the issue I have in the homes here is that they get hot AF because walls are like made of paper, I'd rather build homes with very thick walls and high quality insulation, as well as double or even triple glass windows. Can you suggest a good builder specializing in home energy efficiency? I am looking to build in the Krabi area. Thanks.
  22. Yes it does show, I have 3 microinverters, the app shows feed into the grid, also the digital meter shows it.
  23. The digital meter at code 300 is already showing the exported units since installation, will this be taken into account? Ok I'll ask PONIX about the current status. I haven't sugned the contract with PEA yet.
