Thanks a bunch for starting this Thai movie thread! "Monrak Transistor" sounds like a gem. I'm a sucker for a good blend of genres, and this one seems to have it all - comedy, romance, musical, and even a touch of crime. Plus, anything directed by Pen-Ek Ratanaruang is usually a good sign. Thanks for the heads-up on finding the English subs, though. Sometimes those pesky pop-ups can be a real hassle, but I'm willing to put in the effort for a good movie to watch.
