I took 4 beers in sukumvit road The bill should be 280 baht.I didnt buy any ladydrinks.This was in middle of day When i asked the bill they asked almost 3000 baht.I refused to pay.The manager said if i didn't pay i would have a big problem.Well..i said i would call my friend to come help me with the bill.He said ok I lied so i called a policefriend and ask if he could come to the bar After 15 minutes the police arrived and the manager get wery stressed.He tried to lie that he was only joking with my bill The police didnt believe him so they asked for the bills Some bills was old bills from months before i arrived.The police warning in and said if this ever happened again they would close the bar The manager said i didn't have to pay for the 4 beers but i did anyway. When we left the manager said i wasn't welcome to his bar anymore.Stupid comment.I stayed in a hotel in the same soi and i passed the bar everyday and the manager just looked another way when i passed.I wonder how many other customers he have cheated and get away with it

I just get 2 new cards from Wise.I never tranfer money abroad.Just use the cards to withdraw cash when im in Thailand or other countries.

I allways have a printed copy same u do.My insurance dont pay if i renting a motorcycle or a car without a valid driving license and have a accident.Specially if drunk driving Its easy for ur embassy to find out if the person have a valid travel insurance.I pay 20£ a month for my insurance and its valid from i leave my front door at home. I get food poison last year in Bangkok.Went to the hospital and after a quick call to the company they told the hospital that they would pay the bill.The partner company in Bangkok showed up fast and everything was ok. I know about a foreigner who had a motorcycle accident in Thailand and he didn't have insurance.He is stucked there with a bill about 10 million baht.He stayed in hospital many months with many surgeries.

I think he is in jail in Thailand now.

Hope so.I remember the foreigner who killed the thai girl..they find her body in lad phrao river in a suitcase. They finally find him..he have fleed to Spain.

Not surprised if this is not over yet.He might kill her at the end.

Rigth Make problems all the time.Rude..refuse to pay bills and so on

3 times i haven't be able to pay the bar bills in Bangkok.Could pay some amount but missed to have cash enough for the rest is of the bill.No argying at all We just agree to let one of the ladies go with me to my hotel near by where i had cash in the hotel safe .Paid the rest of the bill.. problem solved.Happends again in another bar,.the lady went with me up to bang na with skytrain.When we arrived my apartment we agree to have some fun before we went back to the bar .So we did and she get paid too for her excellent service.We went back to the bar and everybody happy.The last time they came knocked my door the day after i been to the bar. I invited the collecter inn and she explained and showed me the bill It was about 1100 baht. I said ok.. no problem.Well..guess what happened before she left and it had to go 1000 baht more. If u dont have enough cash with u dont start a fight.Stay calm and try to find a solution to pick up the cash at ur place to stay.

The right headline should be.. American man lost 15.2 million baht.

I use to stay in soi 31..quiet compared to lower sois..But near enough if u want a funny nigth. just a short walk.

My exwife was married to a guy from Seattle.He get arrested with a Finnish guy in Pattaya when they making pornvideos with young girls 13-14 years old He was sentence to 16 years in Thailand After about 2 years he was picked up by FBI in the prison.He was wanted in USA too for pedofile actions.He get sentence to 16 years by the court in Seattle.If u google Glenn Allen arrested in Pattaya.u can read the story.

Just chatted with my exgf in nong bua sala.. she have never seen this guy.I was there 3 year ago..its not a big area. It's a industrial area outside korat city centrum.Few hotels and few restaurants.

I agree with u. I pay 200£ a year for my travelinsurance.If i die in another country my insurance take care of everything.

I agree with u.I had a high so friend in surin many years ago.He was wery nice and we went to karaoke together sometimes.But i feel sorry for the people owing him money.He was wery straight forward and if they didn't pay him back they would have alot of problem. He had many different business around surin and other places.His wife asked me if i could take him to karaoke and that's how we meet first time.I haven't see him after i left surin more then 7 year ago.
