Some years ago i fell asleep on a bench in soi sukumvit in Bangkok.I had my phone and about 15.000 baht in my pocket.I was wery drunk.This was about 2 pm The police woke me up and took me to my hotel.Nothing missing about cash or phone.

A former friend of me who pasted away some years ago smacked a fligthintendant on thai Airways. When they arrived Bangkok he was arrested by the police.He had to go to the court same day with the lady he smacked in the butt He had to pay 150.000 baht to that lady He was also fined 50.000 baht so it was a expensive lesson.He was also banned from thai Airways.

Totally agree with u.I once build a house in surin..after i get divorced i just left.Now my in-laws live in the house.Not a big loss.. about 350.000 baht.Me and my exwife have 2 kids together and i visit the grandparents everytime im in Thailand.Only for a day.Past is past.I will never get married again..i enjoy my freedom.My exwife and our kids moved to my country 18 years ago.Kids get educated and have good jobs here.I meet my kids on a daily basis and sometimes i meet my ex.We talk together but never about our past.A friend of me build a house in khon-kaen.He paid it cash.About 800 K.The house and the land was in his wife name.He find out that she have borrowed 600 K in the local bank with the house as a security for the loan.Well..the marriage ended and he never went back.

I used a visa agent during the covid period..the agent picked up my passport at my hotel..i paid cash 5000 baht and afrer few days my passport was returned with new stanps andl 60 days more. A friend of me contacted the same visa agent in December last year for a 60 day exemption andl now they asked 50.000 Bahr.Crazy!!!!I wil cross the border myselv andl not pay this greedy agents.

I went to a dentist in turkey.12 implants.Get all my teeth removed and they gave me the new ones.The work was perfect.I checked the price in Bangkok first and it was much more expensive in Thailand compared to turkey In turkey i paid about 400.000 baht included hotel..transport..free food and drinks at the hotel. I asked a dentist in Bangkok and the price was about 650.000 baht.That doesnt include hotel or something else

Wrong..i have a wise card and its digital and physical.. Wise send it to my registered adress in Norway. I get 2 cards because i lost one and i just ordered a new card that arrived after a week.

I think this guy better look over his shoulder wherever he is in Thailand. He will never ever get his money back..the chance that he will get missing is much higher. Thailand is NOT a safe country.I dont know if his story is true.. anyway i say "run forrest run"

I use wise..its easy for me.And if i go out having fun i just take out what i need at the ATM and after i "freeze"my card in case i loose it.I dont know if Revolut have the same option.

I have a wise card and it can only be send to my home address in my country where i recide.

Actually someone knocked my door in Bangkok at 4.30 am..i though maybe a female i had before so i open the door.It was a policeman and a taxidriver.They was looking for a foreigner who had refuse to pay the taxi trip. They said sorry when the taxidriver confirmed it wasn't me They checked every room at the hotel where foreigners stayed

I never trust africans in Thailand.They r scammers.One person who stayed in the same hotel as i did said he was a goldtrader.. yeah sure The next day he was thrown out of the hotel because he didn't pay for the room the last 4 days.Told the manager that he would go to his agent in Pattaya to get alot of money. The manager didnt believe him and empty his room and told him to never come back again. I heard afterwords that he stayed with a african hooker.

Im from Norway.. lived in Thailand for 6 years before i took my exwife and our kids to Norway 18 years ago. Anyway i been to Thailand 76 times.Last trip for 74 days in Bangkok.I use to go visit my kids grandparents in surin everytime im in Thailand.Stay for a day.My plan was to celebrate xmas and new year in Bangkok but i had a accident and broke my arm Had to stay in hospital for a week because the broken arm was terrible and i needed a big surgery.I allways booking one year open ticket so thats no problem for me.I will go back after my arm is ok again. Then im going to Bangkok.. Manila and Bali.I think about 6 months traveling around.I dont have a gf now and i will stay single.I love my freedom

I never had any problems with this I have about 50 thai friends who's allways been nice to me. I speak thai well makes it easier to understand echother.I been living in surin before.. allways safe there.That time i helped the local police to translate if they arrested a foreigner.They called me if they needed help about that. I used to go to karaoke in prasat with my thai police friends.Many joinful nigths there where we allways ended up in a VIP room with some girls What happened there i will not tell here but it was funny times I stayed away from farang bars there The last years i been in Bangkok and hua-hin and always feel safe.If thais in a bar start fighting echother i just leave quickly.

The next is foreigner home owners.Wait and see.Nobody can feel safe anymore. Im happy i only rent and that will continue rest of my life.
