Stuff can be anything that suits your taste (e.g. chopped up bread, other kind of meat, canned tuna, or vegetable only. Can go with/without soy milk). It takes skill to make an omelet with stuffing in it. But if you use a bowl like this, and a microwave, it is pretty easy. Put your favorite ingredients in a bowl, and mix them well with seasonings. And then, pour 1-2 beaten egg(s) on that. It will be tastier if you put small amount of stock in the beaten egg as well. Finally, put a gentle cover on top of the bowl, and cook it for 3-5 minutes or so, in a microwave at 500-600w. Time duration depends on the type you got.
