i think that is the point its not about beeaking the laws ita about the treatment. if a thai drives drunk no helmet no license its different than a foreigner. pay a finbery and on your way but i like one comment where he says "good on the thais for protecting their own." foreigners are treated differently and maybe they should be.

he said smooth the process, most Lic Agents you will still need to go to TDL and get it. you will have a fixed time etc will take a quarter of the time AT the TDL. most will fake your driving lessons but some will make you sit around their office rather than at DTL im not expert on all agents so you would need to ask each one.

had enough to go on a holiday with friends, sorry to see anyone die but you should travel with proper insurance or funds in case of emergency. if the family cant afford to fly him home he (we all) should think twice about travelling
