  1. yes, you are right fentanyl and tramadol are according to the news articles some of the ingredients found in Kush. https://www.reuters.com/world/africa/sierra-leone-kush-drug-made-ingredients-china-uk-report-says-2025-02-25/
  2. guys, if you dont want to believe that they make synthetic cannabis in thailand thats fine. However, its been stated in the OP that.... The notorious Golden Triangle, where Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet, has emerged as the world's preeminent hub for opium and synthetic drug production. With production levels surpassing even Afghanistan's opium output, the area remains a focal point for trafficking operations that increasingly implicate unwary travellers. Don't shoot the messenger! There was just lots of confusion about why they are saying Kush and Cannabis.... why not just say cannabis if its all cannabis?
  3. Yes, I was at a loss for the wording they used, some reports suggested that the 'kush' was a synthetic cannabis think of 'spice' in the UK. I really hope its not synthetic as that stuff is v.bad - I can only think that its a mistake on the reporting. If they are making synthetic cannabis here, then its probably going to be in the golden triangle where they now make a lot of meth as ive been lead to believe from a recent news article (not just opium production anymore) - I just dont know what news article to believe and if it was normal cannabis, synthetic cannabis or just a poorly researched news article.
  4. I am now that im over 50, was not happy for the zillions of visa runs I had to do from the age of 36 until now. Vietnam was the worst as I ended up doing about 12, 30 day visa runs one year (always to Bangkok and back to Hanoi in a day, what a killer) - they swap and change visa rules there far to much, COVID time was ok though as didnt have to leave for a year and no lockdown either for that year.
  5. Do I need to show any proof of funds when I re-enter thailand on my non o/a? I have the additional years medical insurance via AXA paid already. I see everyone talking about medical docs, but nothing about proof of funds.
