Border run agencies Khon Kaen/Udon Thani ???
Does anyone know if there any visa agencies in khon kaen or udon thani that do border runs? No results on google. Can't believe i might have to go all the way back down to bangkok to use one there that will just take me all the way back up north to cross the border at Laos. And no I don't want to do it myself. I need the assurance of an agency if you know what i mean😉 thank you in advance.

Thailand Faces Calls to Publicise Updated Entry Rules
They can't publicise the entry rules because they know they might change it all again in a few months as they like to do in Thailand. Probably go back to have as many as you want (visa waivers) come low season. they only changed it round about july of this year to you could have as many waivers as you wanted, and then changed it back to only 2 a year just as they're about to enter high season. just pure coincidence though that is

Non B for teachers
I have a job offer as a teacher in south Thailand but i need to go out of the country to get the Non B, Laos is the best option i think. But does anyone know how strict they are on documents? as I don't have my transcripts with me and I'm wondering is it possible to still get the Non B without them or is that not possible? I will have all the documents from the school as it's a legit job offer but will that be enough?

Thailand to Lift 2–5pm Alcohol Ban to Boost Sales, Deputy PM
Plenty of Thais didn't like the ban either. So, nothing to do with anti thai sentiment and also people will call out nonsense whether it's In Thailand, China, UK, Oz, etc, etc. . It seems you're the one making it about anti thai

Officials Review Impacts of 60-Day Visa-Free Policy
It's very vague. Are they going to have another meeting? Are they happy to carry on with the 60 days waiver? Is it under review? etc, etc.

Officials Review Impacts of 60-Day Visa-Free Policy
Of course they're discussing it because it's coming towards high season. They just want 60 days when it suits them. Can read them like a book. They'll put it back to 30 days and say they will review it around about may/june time just as low season kicks in and put it back to 60 days again.

Anutin Plans to Scrap Alcohol Zoning, Extend Hours to 4AM
All the old gits moaning and saying why do people need to drink till 4am? Well, you don't have to. Leave it to people who like to have a good time and you can stay in your homes. They're not disturbing you. you'll be in bed with your cup of cocoa by 9pm.

British Expat Shares Thai Retirement Costs, Inspires Moves
You're the one making the big issue out of it. Or did you write the article? and that's why you've jumped on me for just pointing out that the way it was written, it implied he got a visa for 1900 baht which of course he didn't. Take a chill pill and calm down love. You still don't understand my point. Funny really, because you're using big words like "obstinate" yet you don't seem to be the sharpest tool in the box. A 5 year old has a better grasp of English than you. Surely it's not that hard to follow. Why you banging on about where someone has got a single day entry. That's totally irrelevant to my comment. Have you been smoking something?
-
British Expat Shares Thai Retirement Costs, Inspires Moves
Yes, I know that. My point was the way they worded it, was the visa was for 1900 baht which it obviously isn't.

British Expat Shares Thai Retirement Costs, Inspires Moves
Gimp is right. I said they probably meant the extension but had worded it wrong. Maybe read someone's post before you comment. it says he gets a visa for 1900, he doesn't get a retirement visa for 1900 does he Gimp! he gets the extension for 1900. I've been here for 20 plus years but if someone who hasn't ever been here read that, they might think you can get a visa for 1900 baht and that was my point.

1900 bt visa annually. That's obviously worded completely wrong. 1900 dollars,? 1900 pounds,? etc, etc. or 1900bt a month maybe, the only 1900bt i know about is for a 30 day extension and you can't live on them for a whole year. but 1900 baht for a visa is how they've worded it, but totally wrong.
