    That comment is a total contradiction. You start by saying cut all visa free stays and then go onto to imply that trouble makers won't behave themselves by changing the law.

    Education is just not taken seriously enough In Thailand. They say their English Proficiency is poor but no doubt it's the same with other subjects. It wouldn't surprise me if they're poor in most subjects.

    A lot of the posters on here have obviously never known not having money, So, they don't get it. They think we all have 15k on hand, just because they do. They live in another world to some of us. Incredible. They should think themselves lucky but all they wanna do is slag people off who are skint. A lot of the posters just seem to look down at anyone who is poor. despicable

    I think if he was just hooked up with some bird he could quite easily claim he was too sick to fly back. I find it unlikely it's just some girl he's got involved with as most of the people commenting on here think. I doubt he would want to worry his family sick and turn his phone off for 10 days and not call on his son's birthday. Fairly easy to make an excuse not to come back for a bit.

    Oh yeah, i get that.I just wondered if he actually meant he liked doing a one day border run as I thought that was very strange to like sitting in a minibus all day.

    Totally agree. it should be the same across the board. its madness they all have their own set of rules. i thought that was the point of rules that everyone is supposed to follow them. what's the point of having rules then. cuz the bottom line is the majority of them are not following them

    Do you mean you take a little holiday? or are you talking a border run there and back in the same day? cuz i don't see how anyone can think a same day border run is a pleasure

    The Russians have had a visa free policy for over a year. So, how is the fairly recently changed visa free 60 days for other countries got anything to do with two Russians. More utter nonsense. anything that happens now is linked to the 60 day visa waiver. I'm surprised the recent pollution problems in Bangkok hasn't been blamed on the 60 days visa waiver by the Thais.

    They would be fighting whether they had a visa or didn't. drunk men fighting has no relevance to the visa waiver. What complete nonsense.

    It would help if they didn't let cars park where ever they feel like (middle of the road) nick drivers who just stop in the middle of the road to order food from a street vendor and then sit their waiting in their cars which then causes a traffic build up, cuz they're too bleeding lazy to park up and get out of the car, etc, etc. Thai roads are a free for all. AI isn't needed. Some enforcement by the cops is needed

    I usually have sympathy for these sort of tragic accidents and it's terrible for the family but i also think he was driving like a lunatic and could have quite easily killed someone else as well as himself. Drive safely don't put others in danger because you want an adrenaline rush.
