How old do you have to be to be considered "elderly" ? And as already pointed out how do you pay a hospital in the case of an emergency?

When purchasing in the UK it MUST be put in a SEALED bag or security in Bangkok will confiscate it. A major perk for them.

Received this form a few weeks ago, went in to K Bank customers services and the very helpful person filled it out for me. Needed Thai address, Passport number, UK address, UK tax number ( NI number) and that was it ,took 10 minutes, easy.
