The court simply tried to calm down the locals for not loosing face Remember in the first hearing he was not convicted because the 2 ladies had disagreements and different accusations ! If Urs was a general trouble maker and nuisance I don't know in Phuket I don't know but the case is clearly exaggerated by the media and locals !
