Even though the steel structure should be able to take up this weight for this amount of time, The fact that it collapsed would indicate that the SWL of the steel structure has been surpassed. The reason some people move abroad is because they want a better standard of living, which they can't afford living in the UK. when these rules were made a lot of people could not go on holiday, let alone retirement abroad. In fact people who are not a burden on the NHS and other services should receive more. But all we want is equal pension and not to be discriminated against, because all we want is an affordable retirement that we can afford.
