hey lads, just to clarify in 2024 is there a method better than window film?Or maybe triple glazing (not DG, i contacted architectural glazing company and they said triple glazing is better thats why i want to clarify it here) is best option. I dont care bout the price i want to stay in comfort in my home! Anyway im sorry i know thread is old, but if someone will reply i will be very pleased.

Anyway, straight to the point i asked my dad for some advices (he is a building company worker ex architectural glazing company worker you can pm me and will ask my dad more questions this is company where he works) and he said that you should develop a good plan find a connections. First of all find a good architect, engineer, designer, glazer and whatever person you need, ask your friends, rudes, for good specialists they gonna help you 100%, this is the core you find good people who know how to work and work becomes more enjoyable and easier.

guys guys guys, so iread here some comments, about prices, about condos generally, and based on my small experience (was in thai only 1 time w me girlfriend in 2022) did all things really changed this much? we had crittall windows in condo with good insulation also in other room we had good insulated vinyl windows and all this for 5500 month. We lived in quiet atmosphere whole 2 months and price is reasonable, did situation got worse?
