What does ANY American absolutely need from Mexico or Canada that we can't get from another country or ourselves? I for one would not buy something 25 percent higher because they don't want to do their part to control our borders. If no one wants to buy another country's product, then what? Good luck to Mex/Can figuring it out.

Why does it have to be a Trump supporter that is not a happy camper? I believe if you label someone, then it takes away from the gist of the story, and totally discounts it's accuracy to me. The toxicity in all of the labeling these days, is nothing but unhealthy division.

Well then... More difficulties for Farangs in Thailand, immigration, tax burdens, toxic air, over tourism, sullen and sour locals, drunk tourists, road rage on dangerous roads, delivery scooters riding like bats out of hell. Remind me again why it's a nice place to retire?

I thought, maybe mistakenly, that the original concern was foreigners might be caught up in the same net as the Thai national repatriating money? Doesn't seem very fair, and will be a definite negative on Thailand if foreigners are not given the same courtesy, especially retirees.
