Try the alternative numbers supplied for eBay. If it doesn't work, AFAIK you would need specifically a TRUE Tourist SIM to obtain those prices. Maybe 49 baht from 7-11.

It means that once you have used up 49 baht worth of credit, they won't charge any more for that day. They just give you a slow/throttled connection until midnight the same day. If you tether, rather than purchasing a specific volume of data; 1.25GB, look at their fixed speed plans. 4Mbps plan is 32 baht for the day. 1.25GB vs 40GB for the difference of 7 baht seems a no brainer.
