That's what happens when fiscal policy is tightened. All the experts said cut spending or face bigger problems later. All the analysts said stocks were high. Only an idiot would have bought stocks in November on high pe ratios and sell in March but some people are dumb. 3 waves down. PE ratios are lower. Almost time to buy.
