  1. If he wishes to avoid criticism, he should stick with larger bank-notes.
  2. Throwing Money? Throw his wallet and Credit Cards in a basket, Hand it over to a Chinese Airline To Sort Out The Charges. They also need to put an entry ban in the passports like in the "Old Days" in the EU with people caught working Illegally.
  3. Brain Bleed? Sounds like the Restaurant Slush-Fund didn't have enough cash left over for a proper helmet either.
  4. To Stop Shipping Bombs Overseas, As A Form Of "Justifiable Charity", would Save Billion Of Pounds A Year.
  5. You are correct, I apologize. That was the automatic system at Asean that Labelled it as such. I can delete it if you wish.
  6. From my experience, I think your statement is correct in the vast majority of cases. (sort of a cultural laziness is what it seems like to me. ~ ~)
  7. If you greeted him with "Guten Tag" in your first few days on the job, it should be "Laughed Off". If after six months you used "Guten Tag", and it wasn't an inside joke, a reprimand of some sort might be in order. (Besides, Ni Hao was not said by an Employee, but a Tourist. That is quite a difference.)
  8. You make some good points, but it isn't only the Thais that use language as a shield for their views and sometimes malicious opinions. Anywhere you have such a condition ~ "Hispanic in the US" / Russian in Germany, / Polish in England / Whatever, ~ ~ There will be people using Language to hide behind.
  9. I have lived with and dealt with different cultures. I find your statement at the end to be most correct. Take responsibilities for your own actions. Stay within the laws and accepted norms. This, (and politeness) is a good policy to keep from finding yourself in a Jail Cell, whining for Sympathy on Some Internet Social Media Site. I cannot fathom the down-votes. (P.S. ~ you used the word "Floating". I think you were looking for the word "Flaunting".)
  10. All of that Wealth in the Church didn't buy him an extra day after Easter.
  11. You might find him double-Clutching an Automatic, as well. Many newer buses use different types of automatics, (as far as I know). The amount of engine-braking can vary with the construction of the Automatic Gearbox. (I didn't see it mentioned which type of gearbox was employed in this model.)
  12. That beach might end up crowded. Maybe Zelenskyy has got a "lounge chair" a couple of meters from Epstein's. An Island? or 7 Kilometers North of Tel Aviv? ~ Whatever.
  13. A parts per million measuring device. They can be quite sensitive, and I don't remember reading when it was Calibrated last. Either is possible A defective device, falsely calibrated, Environmental source for PPMs, OR> PPMs on the suitcase from some undisclosed source.
