Thanks Dinga for any one else who may have issues Seems to have now been sorted , sent messages to them via every email I could find , finally got a " details updated " message back

Anyone here using Saxo bank for investments , have been with them about 18 Months they accepted the original reason for no TIN , that I was in Thailand and TRD wouldn't issue a TIN if no Thai income. Now getting requests to complete a TIN but there is no options to explain why I don't have one. Been trying to get in touch for the last week but customer services are severely lacking just wondering of any one has any advice

How do you get the fast track , is it a meet and greet at the aircraft gate that I have seen , or do you just go to the fast track desk ?
