  1. Is there an app for Android that shows EV charging stations, or do I need to go to a website? Would be great if that was info you could get using Google Maps.
  2. No doubt, but I'm living in city. Wouldn't think of buying an EV if I was living in a rural area.
  3. The whole display thing is an issue for me as the missus wasn't born with a smartphone in her hand so will never be as savvy with that type of tech as most are today. So it will be interesting to see how many every day functions is built into the display as opposed to real buttons and levers. BTW, I'm specificall looking at the BYD Sealion 7. Looks good, and seems to be a lot of car for that price (around 1.2).
  4. As I wrote earlier BYD is outselling Tesla in Europe so I'm having a hard time believing the quality is that bad.
  5. Why would you think they'd all be gone?
  6. My mate bought an MG car (petrol) a couple of years ago and has had nothing but trouble with it so I'm a bit turned off.
  7. LOL, looks cool, but maybe not so convenient when doing the biweekly Macro run.
  8. So I'm thinking of buying a new car and I'm considering buying an EV this time, but hestitate due to the minimal EV infrastructure here in Thailand. I see the BYD cars every time I venture out these days and have read that they've surpassed Tesla as the most sold EV in Europe so I guess the quality should be reasonable. Does anyone have any tips regarding this brand and/or EVs in Thailand in general?
  9. I often hear two words (?) in Thai sentences which sounds like "toua eeng". Anyone knows what this means?
