what a joke.  i was at Ram Hospital in Chiang Mai and was quoted 100K for a hernia repair.  they told me no 2 tier pricing.

i would like to see some L.A. cops here enforcing the traffic laws.  many on the force are Thai in Los Angeles since we have a large Thai community.
