One Israeli soldier occupying illegal for 50 innocent children is not tit for tat. Such numbers far exceed a reciprocal response, demonstrating that these actions are not equal retaliation, but rather large-scale military operations. “Tit for tat” cannot accurately describe this situation, because the scale of response is overwhelmingly unequal.
