recently I had a tree cut down in my own garden, security seemed concerned, all of a sudden he walked on to my property which is totally private, therefore trespassing, to take photos of someone cutting the tree in my garden down. is what he did legal? or do I have grounds to sue? he did not ask for mine or mrs. kowalski's permission, he just brazenly walked through my gate, smoking on the job to boot.. thanks.
