    I would call it a revenue booster. It's part of the larger banking scheme My spending limit was just recently doubled to 100,000 from 50,000. No matter, I use my child's Thai account at Kasikorn. I should note, that my account is almost 10 years old.

    I just got my new USA passport and need to get Immigration to transfer the information to it. What do I need to bring, and which form do I use? There is a mention somewhere of a letter from the United States Embassy, but no letter came with the new and old passports.
