  1. Doesn't bother me in the slightest. Unless i was someone with interests at the border with Cambodia then I think it just spices it up a bit in general.
  2. Well, he's likely to be a lame duck by the mid-terms no matter what side you support. He's got just under 2 years left. Then a new shifting may occur.
  3. Sometimes the travel vibes and adventure aren't in the clubs and bars my dude. He was just taking in the scene and keeping abreast of the situation.
  4. Funny thing is the £ goes further there due to the exchange rate being decent compared to Thailand.
  5. I can say that when the taxi was taking me away from the Manila airport into the city, the area around that place was VERY ghetto and rough with gangland vibes. Really was a bad impression, although it didn't help I was badly jetlagged. On my return through that area a month later it was just the same. The area I was in was nice, but the favela-like slums outside it were very shady (locals eye-balling you for mugging or similar was my impression).
  6. There sure is, but he will probably try to argue he was being figurative and conjecturing or somesuch deflection etc.
  7. It's not that it isn't understandable, it is the clear fact that you posted AI Slop that no-one cares to trawl through. Now you double-down making it absolute cringe and laughable. 😄
  8. 'The proposal includes suggestions to extend enforcement beyond Bangkok to provincial offices.' Hopefully that just falls into the void and is forgotten about.
  9. That's good, let us know how you get on there, Lee Van Cleef bro.
  10. Yep, it's all about mediocre engagement farming now for the cult-like clowns sorry 'influencers' that pervade the social media scene.
  11. I'd mostly agree with you except it got a LOT worse for all that after 1965 when they went full 3rd world immigration and took a dump on their national origins (Thanks Hart-Celler!).
  12. I tell you what else is thriving... people using AI to do their posting for them via 'engagement content' like the one you posted.
  13. Errm, stop letting what others think of you bother you, is my best advice on that one MM.
  14. The radical government went and changed it to that so it was less colonial, but most people who don't want to speak that long-winded gobbledegook use Burma. You can't say it's not a nicer sounding name too. 🙂
  15. I'm surprised it didn't happen after 9/11 to be honest given GWB being supposedly into all that crazy fighting the world etc.
  16. She had the maiden-qualities and innocence vibes, with a wholesome wife-to-be perfection is my reading on it. I haven't seen all the other contestants though. Some others had more earthy feels, striking looks etc. But that's what got her the edge I think.
  17. Used to be not so long ago just applying for a 'change of status' on your B2 via marriage would get you safe and sound in the USA (as long as you didn't leave the country and try to re-enter) 9 times out of 10. Now no-one in the 'grey zone' is safe the way it's going there.
  18. Yet it just shows that if his perma asylum was approved by Trump what a betrayal it was to the country either way to murder. Since the shooter was literally still having to report for final court decision before he went on his shooting spree.
  19. Some granular justice is being carried out at least, he's dodged it for God knows how long!
