But now, actually, I suspect my information from my g/f may be lost in translation somewhere and while online 90 day reporting is prohibited on the due date it is also prohibited 7 days prior. Got it now, maybe? And the weblink (https://sites.google.com/view/siit-iacr/visa-information/90-day-report) showing the calendar below tells me that online reporting is acceptable ONLY 8 to 15 days before the due date.

I was informed today by my g/f (based on her conversation with an immigration officer at Jomtien Immigration office) that ONLINE 90 day reporting CANNOT be done on the notification deadline REPORT date, only 15 days prior to and not more than 7 days after deadline date.
