Just a minor update... She finally unblocked me 2 weeks later, but it's at a stalemate. Silently unblocked but didn't message I haven't said a word since all this happened I've remained quiet... The ironic thing is that I might heading back to thailand in March, I'll decide when I'm there if I'll reach and say if she wants to meet up but undecided yet.

I should of been more clear, the toe incident is definitely from tight shoes What she wanted to do for surgery was like this lipo thing to flatten the stomach, she did show me something from the hospital about an appointment supposedly on the 31st of jan as first option... So the surgery is not linked to her toe, it's the stomach thing she wanted to get done. She said it would make her feel more confident.
