David Carradine's lawyer is calling on Thai authorities to launch a murder investigation, because she believes the actor was killed and his death made to look like a suicide.

But the star's lawyer and longterm friend Vicki Roberts refuses to accept he killed himself or died in a sex game - and is calling on Thai authorities to launch a murder investigation.

Roberts tells RadarOnline, "I believe that there may have been foul play. Anybody could stage a suicide after a murder."

The attorney also denies claims by Carradine's ex wife Marina, that he engaged in sexual behaviour that was dangerous to his health during their marriage. Roberts claims the accusations, which appear in papers from the ex-couple's 2001 divorce, are "extremely inflammatory and completely false".

Coroners at Bangkok's Chulalongkorn hospital completed an autopsy on Friday, although the cause of death is not expected to be determined until the results from toxicity tests are in.

David Carradine's manager says there is no way the actor, found dead in Thailand, would have committed suicide — and that he believes his death was "foul play."

"He was great," said Chuck Binder, the star's manager of six years. "He was doing a bunch of films, he was coming back to do more films, it was all great. He'd just bought a brand-new car. I think he was in a really great place. He was in a really happy marriage. And so none of it makes sense.

"This is foul play," he said.

As for what kind of foul play, Binder declined to speculate. Carradine, 72, was found naked in a Bangkok hotel with a rope around his neck, The Washington Post reported.

I also used to have chronically infected ingrone toneails on both of my big toes. I was ready to go in for surgery and then I found a podiatrist website that explained how to cure them without surgery. You take a small balls of cotton dipped in antiseptic and you wedge them in under the corner of the nail. Put 2 or 3 balls if possible. After a few days it pulls the ingrone nail out. I got a 60 day Tourist Visa in K.L. in Oct, and renewed one month. Than I got a one month Visa exempt/on arrival in Jan, Then another 60 days tourist Visa in Laos in Feb . I have 26 Visa exempt/on arrival stamps in passport and no questions were asked. So far it looks like no restrictions on Tourist Visas.

On Oct 6 got 3 mths Tourist visa in KL. Then went to India for 2 weeks , returned and received the 30 day permit at airport with yellow mark. 3 weeks later went to Laos and got another 60 day T.Visa. So 2 tourist Visas since Oct 6th.

Seems like the issue is just the 30 day visa runs. I think no restrictions on Tourist visas. We will see.
