  1. A motorcycle is a motorcycle if it is registered as a motorcycle, right? If you attach a sidecar to it, does it turn into a car? Well, no, it is still a motorcycle, just like motorcycles with 2 front wheels or what are they, if not motorcycles, can't you read it on the vehicle registration document "Laisapap Thabian Rot (สินที่รถ)". Is a TukTuk a car or a motorcycle? Doesn't the helmet issue specifically apply to all motorcycles regardless of the number of wheels. It's up to each individual whether they wear a helmet out of fear of the police and a fine, or voluntarily for their own safety. Amazing Thailand.

  2. I'm wondering if anyone has recent experience with owning a yellow book and a Thai pink ID card in Pattaya, Thailand, what documents and records are required at City Hall and must be included in order to update the new residential address in the yellow book and Thai ID card.
I assume that at least a passport, yellow book, Pink Thai ID card, house book chanot but what else?
I'm asking this because the last time I applied for a yellow book I had to visit City Hall 4 times, 3 times at immigration to apply for more photos when they asked for two but 4 had to be in the end other papers / documents when no matter how you ask and request information about the necessary things, they don't want or maybe don't know how to tell people at once what everything and where to update the new address you need to be included so that the address update things could be easily done in two or even one visit if possible.
Thanks in advance for the relevant tips and information.

  3. The Thai people could improve interest in Thai tourism by coming up with their own ideas, but the Thai way is to thrust their own hands shamelessly and shamelessly straight into the tourist's pocket. They always go where the fence is Matalin himself without bothering to develop and ideate the attractiveness of the country in order to get more tourists and with it income, but such "tourist taxes" annoy tourists who already know it when booking a trip and when they arrive in the country, tourist pricing, double pricing starts. In many places, locals get even less than half the cheapest prices. Now this 300B extra, even though it's a small amount and if it comes, it's a guarantee that it will soon go up and up and when they realize how easy it is to take advantage of tourists, if this was the only additional payment for tourists, that's good, but extra payments are required from tourists in many things. Otherwise, the bureaucracy is humiliating for westerners living in Thailand for a long time and makes them feel like criminals.

  4. Songkran doesn't disturb otherwise, but there should be clear times when water is not thrown on and that you dare to even go to the grocery store and go jogging, but no, many people have to stay in their room like a prisoner for 7-10 days. When people go to the store on the way, they get drenched and then spend time shopping in the store and catch a cold and get flu, covid or bronchitis etc. does that make any sense? In Pattaya and it's insane. Also when you ask not to throw water when you come from the store with shopping bags in your hands, they get annoying and slowly pour a bucket of ice cold water on the heads of the elderly while the guys join in the bullying by splashing even more water with their guns. It's like human rights are taken away during Songkran.

  5. Need refrigerator repair help in Pattaya city.

Refrigerator Panasonic 1,6 years old is loud and noisy when the engine rolling and the lower part of the cupboard above the freezer freezes so its over cold.
Any good tips for good suitable priced repair man or company?

  6. Are the self made what can buy from Pharmacy covid test allowed and trusted in Thailand or they only allow hospital's made test and ATK printed negative test result?

Last I get result after 2-3 hours's waiting the covid antigen test (I get tested in last May 3000Baht in Bkk-Pattaya hospital) is was valid for international flight 48 hours from testing moment so is this test now from October 1, valid 7 days in Thailand?

If wanna go mall, restaurants etc places in Thailand without 2 jabs must pay test expenses weekly 3000 baht?

Yearly covid tests is 52 week x 3000Baht=156000Baht yearly.

  7. The vaccine passport no cover seem much.

‘Vaccine passports’ could allow foreigners to visit Thailand without quarantine: TAT
“We should be very quickly allowing people who are safely vaccinated to travel without quarantine.”

Many other publications as CNN Health wrote:

"It's possible that someone could get the vaccine but could still be an asymptomatic carrier," said CNN Medical Analyst Dr. Leana Wen, an emergency physician. "They may not show symptoms, but they have the virus in their nasal passageway so that if they're speaking, breathing, sneezing and so on, they can still transmit it to others."
Given these unanswered questions, the CDC says vaccinated people should still use "all the tools available to us" to stop the pandemic, including wearing a mask and staying at least 6 feet away from others."

    https://edition.cnn.com/2021/01/08/health/covid-vaccinated-infected-wellness/index.html

So vaccinated people get to infect corona faster than non-vaccinated ones, what’s the point here?
  8. So when Thais arrive from aboard to Thailand they not need Thailand Plus application cause they not spread the virus but when foreigner come to Thailand they need the app cause they can only spread the virus?
Why can't Thais politely announce that everyone coming to the country should download the Thailand Plus app. Why only foreigners? Very selfish commenting.
    Why Thais cant

    Feels pure racism!
    Amazing Thais!!!

I hope that the tourism related business that uses the ugly and racist double pricing policies will fall and shut down first for good...

There is more than double pricing its multi pricing. can be easy 10x price for foreigners or even 100% pricing as can see from above attachments. In western country's this kind matter calls racism but what they call it is in Thailand? Maybe hospitality?
