i hear Canada is nice too.
OH BOY you got that one right brother.....I love crossing over to B.C.
WOW just think if you had never bin to north america and just went driving for two mounths from southern california to central british columbia, like being on another planet.
i suppose it would be a bit like being in Thailand and crossing into Cambodia or Malaysia.
-
There is alot I believe in Northern Thailand, that's where I saw one, scary
-
well done AC Milan, and as far as i am concerned Liverpool got what they deserved for fielding weakened sides in the league and directly influencing the relegation battle.
SOM NAM NA LIVERPOOL

I'm after that 'Devils Rejects" too. there's suppossed to be a new one coming out called 'Trailer Trash' too

I think the OP should let her have the house, get himself down to Pattaya and get a new bird. Buy her land, build a house, buy motorcycle and let the sme thing happen again. I know someone who has done this, unreal innit?
-
OK - put it another way....has it not crossed your mind why you haven't seen ghosts anywhere else?
i have only seen one once, it just so happened it was in North Thailand.

I know it is a law and I know why it is a law, but for me it remains as one of the dumbest laws in the country. Not making alcohol available for sale between 2PM to 5PM, but instead making it available for sale when kids are off for lunch or coming out of school makes me wonder whether the people responsible for this law (during Thaksin's time) were under the influence themselves.
i've often thought about that too

I had this very conversation with 5 femail Thai insurance staff last week. when I told them that I don't belive in ghosts they looked at me as if I had just clamied to not belive in dogs. One of them went so far as to re-phrase the question as she presumed that I had misunderstood.
Living in Thailand has made me doubt the people that belive in ghosts.
At the end of the day children are quick to belive in ghosts/santa/tooth fairy/pixies/god/ghosts and Thais are rather child like. So they are quick to belive in any hocus-pocus.
your attitude comes from the fact that you have never seen a ghost, where as i have.
and I expect you think your atavar was real too!
my avatar is not real, it is from the matrix, but the ghost was real.
No it wasn't! How come you had to come to Thailand to see one anyway?
i didn't come to Thailand to see a ghost and before i came here i did not believe in them, and i wish i had never seen it as it was not an enjoyable experience. I was not alone when it happened , i have a witness, one other person saw 'it' too.

....... the ghost was real.
Never seen a ghost. My logic says that I should not beleive in it, but my experience tells me to doubt my logic..
So the question is for those who have seen one.....how can be stated that it was real?
i don't like to talk about my experience for the simple reason that i either
1) get ridiculed or
2) people don't believe me
so therefore i have nothing to gain by sharing and everything to lose

Where would they find a big enough jail cell?
Even Sanam Luang would be inadequate, how about putting them all at Suvunaphum airport
it was years ago in bangkok after some silly German had been teasing an elephant with some bananas (not a good idea) and the poor boy got trampled to death in front of his girlfriend, anyway after that i think all elephants and manhouts were ordered out of Bangkok, well obviously this one elephant hadn't heard about the new law and ventured into soi cowboy with his manhout and was subsequently arrested and taken away by about 10 police, where to i have no idea.

Been together 3 years now , and now have a beautiful daughter: The cultural ways take some getting useed to. But after 4 UK wives, this is the Happpiest even with some differences of opinion sometimes, but then thats Human Nature : Heres my blog link

if you do evict her, there will be consequences, be afraid, be very afraid

no idea, but you also get a lot of filipino singers in bands in bars, can she sing?
-
i saw an elephant get arrested before.
-
there are a lot of filipino english teachers in Thailand as 20,000 baht a month is a good wage for them.

Another dumb rule is that alcohol can't be sold all day whenever there is an election. Come on is alcohol going to prevent someone from voting? Well maybe voting for the wrong candidate, but what's the logic behind the ban even after the voting time is over?
years ago i got drunk and forgot to vote.
-
only had food poisoning once in Thailand and that was dirty falang food at a dirty falang restaurant which i won't name.
-
Are you Thai?

Where is the house? If it is in or near her village you will have to tread very carefull. Life is cheap in Thailand.
