You believe Wikipedia? Matichon is hardly impartial and the activists were not arrested arrested for protesting the document, they were arrested for breaking the law for taking part in a gathering of 5 or more people and refusing to disperse when told to by the police. This law was brought in just after the unrest in Bangkok. Even Wikipedia had to concede "The ‘Yes’ camp accounted for 61.4 per cent of the voter turn-out, while the ‘No’ faction could garner only 38.6 per cent, with 94 per cent of the votes counted on the day after." Did you know that it was drawn up by German constitutional scholars and Prayut wasn't involved? -

Have you read the constitution? The one that was supported in a referendum? -
The guy stole highly classified documents that could jeopardize US security and certainly could endanger clandestine assets. You mean Biden right?

Both the main Alibaba site and, to a lesser extent, the Aliexpress sites have deteriorated to the point that they are almost useless. For example the search engine (especially on Alibaba) is hopeless, for example I searched for magnets and they brought up pages of 25kva ac generators. Their search by photo no longer works at all and neither does the search feedback form. Finally delivery times are insane, I was told the simple item I ordered (some perforated metal foil) wouldn't be delivered before Oct 31st, if then, BUT they will be marking it as delivered at the end of September. Is there a reputable alternative I could use?

Court Accepts Cannabis Lawsuit Against Anutin, ONCB
DaiHard replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
This case goes well beyond cannabis it involves whether ministers are allowed to issue decees - if they win then the precedent will be set and every decree can be challenged and over turned. This will be a major shift in how Thailand is run. For example the decrees banning 3d printers, e cigs and hookah pipes can be challenged et al. Do the politicians realise the curbs on their power they'll be cementing into law? Is the protagonist, Dr Srison, going to lay out a medical case for why it should be banned because so far all we've heard is innuendo of the supposed harms, none of which turned out to be true. Will he also clarify why Thailand is negatively impacted whereas The Netherlands, Portugal, Canada and large parts of the US are immune? And is he is stating the official position of the Thai medical council and is their representative on this issue or is this a private initiative? And who is paying for this lawsuit? -
They seem to forget was that it was decriminalized in order to reduce the prison population after a scathing US report on prison overcrowding. Now a huge number of people have applied for licenses to grow their own, so the police will be obligated to arrest and convict them. Is Thailand going to build dozens of new prisons?

Article in the uk daily mail today said that woman with metastacized stage 4 breast cancer was declared cancer free after taking cannabis containing THC. Her doctors tried it after chemo failed. It came back after she stopped taking it but went into remission again once she started taking it again. Weed even with high thc is not all about getting wasted.
