That's right, check to see if the GPS is working. No doubt the Minister of Transportation sees an important link there to the cause of the crash. Never mind whether or not traffic laws are in place or being enforced.

I was becoming worried about this New Years eve of driving across town to attend a friend's birthday/New Year party. But now that I've learned the Interior Minister has urged the public to maintain good driving habits, well well, I feel great, secure in the knowledge that where ever I go, I will arrive alive!

I try to time my travel after the morning rush and before the schools let out. It took me a while to get into the rhythm. My biggest gripe is the traffic lights. They're rigged to have just a two second caution yellow light so the traffic cam above it will catch you crossing as the light has quickly turned red. Bastards.

Maybe this van had a GPS unit installed and therefore the policeman believed bald tires couldn't be so serious.
