the first few months or so in Thailand i had to pay my 'physco dues'

but things have settled down quite a bit (knock knock)

i think once you know the ropes, it helps a lot

Thais at times can behave in ways we might consider illegal in the west (stalking, harassing, etc.,) however on the other hand we have certain freedoms, liberties, and great experiences unlikely to occur in the west

about stunners: i find they often aren't that good come b*dtime

AND if allow myself to lower my standards just a tad, a whole world of opportunity comes knocking

for shaving in thailand:

17 baht for gillette double blade disposables

(2 for about a dollar usa)

is there really anything that can shave closer for the price?

i use deedial to the states

try to dial a fixed line for better results

but can not say the quality is great

often times there is a time delay

ok so i can install or have her install an extra cheap water pump for my unit only

if i ask here to replace the current one on the ground floor with a more powerful one, instead of installing an additional one, would that solve the problem?

or is the limit of the pressure due to the height of the unit from the pump

so with tall buildings they have multiple pumps on multiple levels?

i understand water pumps are not expensive, what type/size units are available?

what are the cost ranges and where is the best place to buy them

the 5000 baht one sounds like a possible option as an add-on for my unit

i had extensive blood work done in the usa last year

usually there is a sheet of 100 or more tests the doctor checks off which tests to run

(you take the sheet to a lab and they take your blood and send it out with the blood for results)

one of the many i ran was for pregnenolone levels

we also checked thyroid, testotorone, and many other things

some came back abnormal

pregnenolone was very very low

she said my adrenal glands are highly worn or depleted which makes complete sense with how i was feeling

now i am also taking maca

interesting stuff

not sure if available in thailand

i am pretty sure there is a tank on the roof and a pump on the ground floor

had problems with the pump in the past not working properly and not getting water

that has been fixed but the pressure hasn't

if the ground floor is 1, the top floor is 5

the pressure on floor four is ok

however i want to stay in top floor unit

landlady says all the buildings are like that

but i checked the fifth floor right next door and that wasn't the case

also there are plenty of buildings over 5 stories with plumbing that works

(i haven't told her any of this yet)

QUESTIONS:

how does the plumbing function?

the water pump sends the water to a tank on the roof and it flows down to the rooms from there?

if this is the case, the pressure should be highest on the fifth floor, n'est pas?

or does the water pump downstairs send the water up to the rooms making the fifth floor the weakest?

advice or suggestions how to remedy the situation?

i suggested replacing the shower head

which might help but won't do a thing for the bum gun

i also suggested reducing the rent to reflect the value of the room

sometimes getting things done here is a real challenge

live with it and don't let it get to me?

i figure some vitamins are probably better than no vitamins

in thailand i discovered V-TOP 10 gel caps for about 50 baht

i bite them to make sure then are digested

i also like SAMBEE or the little pink triangles B1-6-12, very cheap

i can not vouch for vegan

i am not as picky here about vitamins as there is less to choose from and the food is fresher

this information may really come in handy some day should an emergency arise

the doctor in the usa who prescribed pregneolone seems to know a lot about testing and diagnosing

she directed me to the women's international compounding pharmacy where i have purchased the pregneolone

not nearly as cheap as what i have seen online but apparently good and trustworthy quality

check them out if you are in need

the really odd thing is that i was directed to take it in the morning but it actually makes me sleepy so i take it before bed

the other really odd thing is that people say it can give them heart flutters but i only get that when i stop taking it

so it seems to affect me opposite than other folks in at least 2 ways

it is very difficult to come off of the stuff, when i try to cut back i feel absolutely awful

i am on 10 mg and the dr said its ok to up to 20 a day

that's why i am looking for more here

i cant help but wonder what you might think of my blood test results

shows hypo-thyroid (or something like that) and some other irregularities but the very low pregnenlone blood levels beg for treatment

I am still on the search for a GOOD compassionate knowledgeable experienced patient and caring doctor (GP) in pattaya

many shop keepers told me to go to china town in bkk

and according to this thread you can get better purity than 96 or so percent

(is there any place in pattaya that has the pure stuff?)

i also heard there are safe deposit boxes available in china town but i don't know anything

about them or how trustworthy they are

once you purchase, what are the safest/best ways to store it?

i said THAT i prefer not to do A LOT of research right now as i am burnt out and very busy

i much prefer junk silver coins

as i think silver could make some remarkable moves in the next few years

smaller cost, smaller value, easier to trade or sell

so its disappointing to hear it is not traded here

sure both gold and silver could fall

as some believe commodities in the long run get just get cheaper

i think at some point, maybe years out, commodities must rise as the population rises and there is only so much to go around

(food and clean water especially)

fiat money and savings loose value over time

equities are very risky and require in depth research and trusting your money to people you don't know or see, as well as financial books that could be rigged and any company or organization could fail

not the mention market instability

(confusing me the more i study, lots of research there)

so just a thousand dollars worth of silver and a thousand of gold

just as a hedge as all my money is in cash

about half baht and half US dollars

there is also a major possibility we have only seen a bear market rally this year

and the real drop is yet to come

and surprisingly that might take gold oil and silver down

we live in a very unique financial environment now

and i am just looking for a little protection

i would seriously consider investing in a stable growth currency

but i know so little about forex and currencies currently
