Cost of insurance?

Can anyone recommend a good health insurance company in Pattaya? I am retiring there soon age 55 with a couple of health issues & want to have good cover

I am living in Newcastle Upon Tyne uk at the moment and my Thai girlfriend is staying with me on a 6 month visitor visa. I want to extend her visa possibly a settlement visa. Does anyone have any advice or can recommend a local company to deal with this.

I will be flying into Bangkok from UK. If My PCR test at the airport is negative can I go straight to a pre-booked SHA hotel in Pattaya?

How particular are Bangkok immigration being when checking documents?
