  1. I would just like to thank Ubonjoe for his advice and if any other members who are a father to a Thai child and want a multi non 'O' without any hassle then London is the place to go!

    Applied by post last Saturday and received my passport and visa back today.

    Documents which I supplied;

    Copy of my son's house registration in Thailand

    Copy of my divorce papers

    Copy of my son's Thai passport

    Copy of my son's birth certificate, with me being named as his father

    and that's it, no bank statements were required, just wish countries nearby to Thailand were as easy!

    As a British citizen I was wondering how strict they are with the multi entry tourist visa application.

    Especially the £5000 past 6 months bank statement which I don't have.

    Could a letter from my employer or a cover letter from a friend help with my problem?

    I don't want to extend because it will show that I have extended every time I come into Thailand as so I have heard, any more info on this?

    Border runs could be an option but I have been to Thailand 5 times within the last year.

    If not are there any alternatives I could do instead?

    Thanks

    Get married?

  3. I've just got a single non 'o' in Vientiane and I was very lucky to get it as I had no tabiban for my son as he was born in the uk and I'm going through the process to put him on a friends tabiban which believe you is a pain in the arse even though I have full custody of him and his mum is in the uk, I was just lucky that I took my girlfriend with me who explained the situation and she had to guarantee my application, but no financial proof was required in Vientiane for a single entry non o for being a father of a Thai

  4. My girlfriend is still married to guy in Holland and she wants a divorce, they have split up but we don't think he will come to Thailand anytime soon to sign a divorce paper. What options does she have and most importantly how much will it cost about

  5. I have full custody of my son who is a dual national (Thai and British) my ex wife resides in the uk and my son who is living with me in Thailand entered Thailand on his Thai passport which has now expired, he was born is uk and therefore isn't on any tabiban which is a problem and I can't get a new passport issued for him and I'm having trouble getting him on a tabiban. I was on a non o which I extended for 60 days but was told next time I would need him on a tabiban so I entered Thailand on a 30 day visa extemp, now my question is can I extend the visa by 30 days and then get another 60 day extension for having a Thai child when I've sorted his tabiban out
