Yes, we were married at the time of his, we are still actually married but her family live in udon and I'm in Bangkok and they have zero English plus I don't think they will be too helpful to be honest, his birth certificate was issued in London and I'm named as his father
-
He isn't on a house registration as he was born in the uk and his mum is there now and I haven't a clue where to start, so no chance without a house registration? His mother isn't very helpful so I doubt I will ever able to put him on a house registration

Can I get a 60 day extension to my tourist visa if I take my son to immigration with me, the only documents I have are his thai passport and thai birth certificate which I am named as his father. His mother is in the uk and I have brought him here to learn Thai, he's 6 years old btw

Btw we were married in Thailand

Thanks hopefully we will be divorced soon but it's good news that I have no limit with non o's being issued
-
Also is there a limit to how many single non o's I can get?
-
What if we got divorced in Thailand would she have to give me parental custody?
-
So getting a divorce will be difficult because she's not in Thailand

I have his thai passport and thai birth certificate and can try to get him on his grandparents house registration will I be able to get an extension of stay because his mother is in the UK and has no plans to return to Thailand

Basically my wife and i have split up after being together for 10 years after finding out she was having an affair with someone who she works with, this was last month and in December my mother passed away so i have had a shit past few months. Now we have a 6 year old son who i care of the most as she works 5 nights a week and theres noway i will let him stay with her friends and ive basically packed in a well paying job so that i can look after him. Ive decide that i need a fresh start so im considering moving to Thailand for a bit and she is allowing me to take my son for 2 months, now what are my chances of getting full custody of my son in Thailand? My wife has moved in with her new boyfriend and she feels no guilt what so ever and i dont want son anywhere near her new bloke. I will also have written in Thai and English a letter stating that she is allowing me full custody of my son ive told her i need this to get a visa, im thinking i will have more chance in Thailand coz i know ive got no chance in the uk.
Thanks

Well if he was using the f word must be Scottish coz they tend to sware a bit more than their English counterparts

Just wondering where the best place to get a multi non o in the uk showing no bank statements, married to a thai but shes staying in the uk.
Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Thought that might be the case as our is our dependent, just don't think we will have the time to apply for a tourist visa and you have to show flight and hotel bookings and don't really want to do that in case its refused! Oh well might have to be Turkey again or there's always Gibraltar I suspose

Sorry had a few drinks before posting! My son has a UK passport but my wife doesn't have UK citizenship and our marriage certificate is only in Thai and don't have the time to get it translated as was thinking of going away somewhere in Europe in the next couple of weeks been to turkey already so don't really want to go there. So could I use my sons birth certificate as evidence of an EU family member instead of our marriage certificate?

My wife has been in the UK for about 5 years with idlr but no UK passport as yet and we only have our marriage certificate in Thai so I am wondering if we can use instead our son UK birth certificate as evidence of an EU family member to get a visa to spain or Bulgaria?
What are my chances?

I've just received a single entry non o in vientane with just a copy of my sons birth certificate, Thai passport and a Thai bank book with 200+k, no taliban as he was born in the UK, I was married to his mother at the time of birth but I haven't got a clue what it says on his Thai birth certificate so don't know if it says that we were married at the time of his birth.
