Thanks, all. I made a bit of noise and the builder made sure they moved back to the original huts as in Crossy's photos. Weird deal.

I’m using a builder to build a house for me. Now that there is electricity and water, the workers have moved into the house and use the showers and toilets, etc while they live cook and sleep in the different rooms. Is this normal?

I knew it. Governments can control the weather.

I think stray dogs are a much bigger problem than people realize. I live in a beach area and I see visitors visibly scared or upset by dogs that are threatening or at a minimum begging. It's not a good experience in either case. There's a kind soul in our area who, with a local vet, has captured and spayed or neutered 75 stray dogs so far this year. An amazing number for my little corner of town. Who can say how many of those visitors never came back costing the local economy revenue.

The whole thing just bums me out and wears me out.

Bump. Bua is an excellent restaurant. Phala Rib House has new ownership that doesn't hold a candle to the old place.
