I’m with Kaiser in Hawaii. Even if you have HMSA you can’t use it out here. When I had a hernia operation I had to pay in full. Then when I went back to Hawaii I had to show the bill to Kaiser and they reimbursed me most of it. I have Pacific Cross in Thailand but if I have any type of medical procedure I have to pay in full then give it to Pacific Cross and they’ll reimburse on what they see fit.

I bought mine from the clothing section at Lotus. I also seen them in the clothing section of Big C extra.
