Thanks for the info,
I will clarify a few points,the children are 11 and 13, and are my step-daughters,my wife's daughters.
The father has no contact with them at all and pays nothing. We all live together as a familly unit.
Our daughters do not have id cards or a thai passport.
I have a extension of stay in thai being married to a thai national,The girls are registered on the blue tabian i am registered on a yellow tabian at the same address.
I take a active roll in all their school functions etc etc,
We are keen on going your posted route,
please could you advise further.

Dear Sir's
Nobody has answered my Question,Has far as my wife is concerned we are still good friend's,I can still stay in the house no problem i can move on no problem with finance's etc etc,i have a pension, just for the record my wife has british nationality,I have in my possesion legally a pump action shotgun and a auto pistol,I do not think she will go down that route.I can get a retirment visa no problem.

I live in the muak lek area saraburee province.Maybe she will get the lot, but she also has a lot of debt from the farm,That's not a big problem i am just wandering about the visa situation and living in the same house. We have no children to-gether so i can not do anything that way i.e leaving everything to the kid's.It is me that want's the divorce.
-
Good Afternoon,
I am just thinking is there anybody on this forum who has actually been to court and won 50% of the assets on divorce.
If so how long did it take and what was the cost of the lawyers. Also if you are on a o visa you have to be living to-gether.
Not going in to much detail about myself i am considering a divorce, the wife will not agree to sell off all our assets and can not afford to pay me off
We have land 2 houses a dairy and all the other stuff that goes with it.She say's it's all in her name so it's her's.I do not agree because it was all bought after we married.
Thank's for any reply's

Hello
I have a o visa based on marriage which is due to run out in 90 days.I do not want to bring 400k to thai because of the bad exchange rate at the moment.

Hello
I farm 37 rai Did have 50 milkers,I have had a dairy farm in thailand for 5 years,I have lived in thai for 3 years.
The average milk yield i get is about 10 kilos per day @ 16.70 baht per kilo.
If you feed concentrates ie Proscesed feed about 460 baht per 50 kilos your yield will increase but not enougth to pay for the concentrate.
I have tried every feed possible.
I have cows that will give 25 kilos plus a day but this will fall off later in the lactation cycle.

Thanks for the reply mixedbreed
Will this machine cut chop to small pieces like maizefarmer suggests? also do you have a ballpark figure on cost! I also am looking to buy concentrate direct from the feedmillers.I have tried to phone several millers in thai from the above links but i am not getting any response.
maizefarmer has kindly offered to supply me in 10 ton batches but this would take me several months to use! Thats not a big problem my local neghbour has said he would share and take half the concentrate. If it was bagged!!I have sent maizefarmer a pm but he must be busy he has not replied. So any nos would be very helpfull.
Again thanks to everybody who has replied
paying tax in thai on my uk pension

Thanks for all the reply's.
It just seems odd that after several years living here all of a sudden we get these tax assesment forms to fill in my wife pays tax on her income direct through the milk sales.
In the forms it is asking about my income pensions etc etc,so in theory my wife has access to over 40k extra every month so will they tax her and not me.So in a way it is a indirect tax.
I am just wondering if anybody else has had this situation.
