I vote for an underground tunnel beneath 2nd road. The road construction crews in Pattaya are more familiar at digging up roads than they are with construction above road surfaces.
Sorry disagree,as well as vermin tropo mentioned, what about the rainy season, drainage etc
There is the sinking feeling that the supports will be unstable due to the traffic going overhead

I wonder if TG will increase their services from and to Suvarnabhumi & pull out of Dom Muang?
It is still a real bind only having one TG interconnecting flight ,also what an awkward time ,usually resulting in a long wait for onward flights.
Worst case scenario is the pull out completely...what do you think Tayto ?
I suppose ,we will just have to wait on the Winter schedules
Do anyone know if Air Asia interline/or thru check luggage to other asian destinations ,if you use a different carrier ?

Hi, wondering if anybody can help...
7 friends and I will be travelling to Thailand in March 2008 for 3 weeks. We are planning on visiting Bangkok, Koh Phangnan, Phuket, Phi Phi Island and mayb Pattaya if possible. We are all in our early 20's and are going there with no pre-booked accommodation. Could someone please help with a rough idea of how much money we would need to take? Thanks
Take what you can afford +credit card (Nationwide) in case of emergencies (including transfer of money, although this is one of the most expensive ways of transfer and should only be used in a Real Emergency)
