Payoneer is an alternative service that I recently joined in anticipation of this closedown. Haven’t used it yet though.

I wish the wording used was consistent. Not all foreigners are tourists here. The words “foreign visitors” and “foreign tourists” being used interchangeably here just adds further ambiguity and confusion.

Actually the state educates for the unity of the nation. This has been the primary purpose of education in Thailand for some time as stated in National education curriculum.

The term “the foreigner” is used twice in this article. Why? Is this relevant to the case or even appropriate language in objective reportage?

Is he pleading not guilty? If so how can one be expected to re-enact the crime?

So why is it a bad idea? Does he say?

The very fact that this is even a discussion is so telling of how people are treated in Thailand, which is a problem that was here before COVID and will remain long after it’s gone. Thailand appears to be unable or unwilling to go beyond the us and them mentality that’s so far behind most other countries, it almost begs belief.
