I am not American but really hope that Obama wins. It would be good for America and the world. I have a nasty suspicion though that grandfather and Joanne six pack will win.

My wife stayed in the U.K for 6 months...that was the visa we applied for just to see how it was.......after being here a few years and going back, I hated it...although my wife enjoyed it & she was welcomed by everyone, it still isnt the same as being here and we returned here for good. She dosnt want to live in Issan even though most of her family are there as she knows work/education etc opportunities are not as good as BKK/Phuket/Samui etc......so although she liked the U.K she prefers it here...

My place...starts 7.30pm with BBQ...bring your own drinks...

If a work permit is needed, you would need a work permit for washing your car, cutting your grass, cleaning your windows, doing the washing up, etc etc etc....think about it.....it aint working really is it?

Anybody that comes here for a few weeks once or twice a year as busybee does wouldnt stash Baht under the matress....he must be in pounds, euros, dollars...whatever, he will feel the pinch when he is here next time....
