I'm 55 and consider all things such as trips to immigration, visa runs, long haul flights as my work.

I retired 10 years ago from the real world of work so the few days a year I do this new variation of the four letter word doesn't bother me....much. ????

Me too. My time is not worth 3000 baht per hour as it once was. I DIY and enjoy good wine.

I booked a date for retirement extension ,near end April at 4.00 o clock ,and

received confirmation by E mail ,so has anyone else used the booking app

recently and did everything work out as expected , they only had 2 options

availably 10.30 and 4.00 , I am sort of worried what time they close ......

    regards worgeordie

I was there in Jan. There were a lot of people and I was concerned but they kept processing after closing time to accommodate.

One of the reasons why I never get a re entry at the airport its so risky when you have a flight to catch. Easy to do at immigration and even easier if you get an agent to do it for an extra 200 baht at the same time as you get your extension of stay.

Ever heard of anyone missing a flight or failing to get the reentry? Other than someone forgetting to do it?

My online 90 day report was rejected for being a "first time" 90 day report - even though it isn't my first 90 report.  It's the first one with my current passport, my current non-O, and the current online system....but definitely not my first 90 day report.

So I'll be mailing mine to the address quoted above.

I was told I must make the 90 day in person after the new passport. Then I will go back to online like I did for the past decade.

Most immigration offices will want to see previous 12 months.

Be aware that some offices don't even accept combination method.

Do you know if Chiang Mai accepts the combination method now?

I can go ask 3  I/O's and probably get 3 different answers.

As for the income method, I used it for 10 years when I was on O-A and never also had the 400K balance that was previously mentioned as required for this method. Is this something new?

    Thanks.
