I was there in Jan. There were a lot of people and I was concerned but they kept processing after closing time to accommodate.

After google translates for me, I always tap "reverse translate" to see what I'm about to send or say. It's usually ok but often very misleading and needs rephrasing.

I can go ask 3  I/O's and probably get 3 different answers.  

As for the income method, I used it for 10 years when I was on O-A and never also had the 400K balance that was previously mentioned as required for this method. Is this something new?
