With the new rules from May some people don't know what to do. So I got a new version of contract and I like you to read and tell me if he is ok or not. 

I do understand that I gave to pay for AC and Water Pump damage, possible also Termites damage I told him 4 years ago. I'm  afraid , because he never want repair or pay repair until I just not pay the rent. We have been 3 months without AC, two weeks with very little water, not enaugh to shower. Etc.

My situation ...

I have an retirement visa extension from 8 August 2017, valid until 7 August 2018.

I got a multiple entry from 8 August 2017, valid until 7. August 2018.

I did the retirement visa extension on 22 June 2018, valid until 7 August 2019

The multiple entry does not have the void stamp. Mean?

It is valid until 7 August 2018 and I can use it for the long weekend ... 27 to 30 July 2018?

As I married at Bangraak I meet an foreigner (German) which said the ownership of land / house can new shared 50% / 50% between Thai / Foreigner.

One call in Bangrak makes the big difference ... Yes you can come here and we will marry you and we register the prenup with the marry paper.

The only thing ... they asked for two witness which have to be thai ... Both. But actually they where accepting a farang as witness as well as I know from the couple that marry after us and the witness was a an UK man for its friend.

So we are married and having an prenuptial which makes me feel much better, because had 50 % Custody already by the family court. IF we got into a divorce the child will be live with me and the mother goes likes she went into my life ...

That's all ... I hope that our relationship never will end, I belive that every child needs mother and father and not two people which guess that they could do that role (mean people with the same gender) play.

There is no time limit on that paper so I hope, because my situation changed now a bit. I had a bank statement from the day before I went to Immigration In Chaeng Wattana (some like to shortcut the name in CW) and was NOT accepted. Need to go back to bank, but 100 bucks on account, actualize the bankbook, asking for a new statement ... everything fine.

They also asking for four picture ... two on a page, with the address on top and the name of person on picture (picture size not less than 9x13cm).

Once I had a problem because the days before asking for new extension ... I interpreted the 30 days as not ho before. No I know, go before 30 days (visa process time) but not more than 45 days before.

I moved to Samut and they really came two daysvafter asked for extension, tonmy address and checked (with questioning the neighbourhood, they got photographed and had to sign a paper) do we really life here and how we are ...

We're not able to do the 70 000 solution.

At the first moment the mother not accepted the marry / divorce solution because of her REPUTATION.

Anyhow she agreed now and so we will do it that way ... with a possible contract which may proof that she not change her mind between married and divorce.

I have been in Panthip yesterday and ... happily found my favorite HW Shop Panasonics CO.LTD (you cant get a better price for original's) still there, some other's (the best repair shop on the M Floor for sample) gone, moved or will moving (Pink Computer) to Platinum 4th Floor.

Customer Service still provided in Panthip and possible still in the building, just moved to another place or floor.
